Christina Day was awesome from the very first meeting. She was holding an open house in our neighborhood and came over as soon as she finished. She was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She sold that other property very quickly. A couple informed a member of Christina's team that they liked the neighborhood but wanted a smaller home. Christina called to discuss the potential buyers with us before we even listed the property. Those buyers made a very nice offer. We accepted without ever having an open house or other showings. Christina and Jay Day are exceptional people and real estate professionals. Christina even helped us find our new rental unit and reduced that stressor. Additionally, she continued to communicate frequently with us to ensure that all was going well. We ended up needing a handyman and of course Christina to the rescue. I can't really write how grateful I am to have met Christina, but she was a Godsend to our family. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤!!!

We were looking for someone to sell our house and find us a new home. Christina Day was that someone. She is very knowledgeable about all things real estate. Christina is also very accessible at any time if we have a question. She definitely loves what she does helping her buyers and sellers through the process that is very stressful but Christina has a gentle way to ease all of that. We know this because we were both!! David and I appreciate all her help

Jay’s expertise in the market was evident from our first meeting. He derailed the entire process, including market trends, helping me understand the best time to sell. He sold my house in four days for more money than I was asking. He was a such a pleasure to work with and made the whole process so easy.
