"What an incredible job!"
We had an outstanding experience working with Jay and Christina Day of the Jay Day Home Team! They recently sold our home on the first weekend with multiple offers, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they are also so personable and responsive, always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and support us through every step. They handled every hurdle with ease and just made the whole process easier and less stressful. From the beautifully staged home to the stunning photos and professional video, every detail was executed with care and precision. We’ve bought and sold many times before, and Jay and Christina are by far the best we’ve ever worked with. We trust them immensely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A sincere thank you to the entire team—what an incredible job!

"We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and friend"
Working with Christina Day has been an incredible experience. She not only helped us find our dream home but also became a friend for life. Christina is always professional, dives right into the task, and ensures everything is done efficiently. She is quick to get the necessary answers and keeps everyone on track with deadlines. Christina made what could have been a very stressful experience into something that was both fun and exciting. This is my second time working with Christina; she guided me through selling my mom’s house after her passing. During my time of grief, Christina was my rock.

"Amazing in all aspects of our sale"
I'll start by saying Amy was amazing in all aspects of our sale. She was upfront and honest and never hesitated to spend as much time as we needed to make sure we understood what was happening and were comfortable with everything, since it all happened so fast. She was very quick to communicate when things changed and explained things in terms that were easy to understand. We didn't know her prior to starting the estate sale process but after working with her would confidently say she's a friend and someone we would entrust our home needs with in the future.

"We highly recommend Jay Day and his team"
Amy was our agent from the Day home team. My wife and I are boomers, so it's very rare for us to do reviews. I am a very skeptical person and was even considering a FSBO to stay away from commissions and dealing with realtors. So glad we found Amy and the team! I raked her over the coals with questions. But everything she said the company would do, they did: all truth and no surprises. Sometimes I didn't like what she had to say, but she was always right! We were well served throughout the entire process. Excellent photography, on top of it, admin, great description, and presentation of the house. We sold in 2 days for the listing price! Amy went above and beyond!! Too much more to say in this forum. We highly recommend Jay Day and his team if you want to work with down home pro's!!

"1,000% RECOMMENDED!"
Christina & Jay Day and The Day Home Team are the absolute best realty company in the business. My wife and I first started the journey of selling our house with a different realty company. With being in the process of building a new house and selling our current house, we were on a time crunch to get our house sold as quickly as possible. After 6 stressful weeks with a different realty company, and not a single offer on the house we were trying to sell, my wife and I finally decided to make the switch to Christina & Jay Day and The Day Home Team. Christina met with us, had us stage our house to absolute perfection, and got right to work. My wife and I knew shortly after meeting Christina that we were in good hands and that we had made the right decision. 4-DAYS later, after (2) open houses and a handful of single showings, Christina got us our first offer, and the house was under contract soon after that. My wife and I can’t thank Christina & Jay Day and The Day Home Team enough. They made our experience 100% stress-free and an absolute breeze! They are the absolute “real deal” when it comes to a realty company. The only regret that my wife and I have is that we didn't go with Christina & Jay Day and The Day Home Team sooner. If you’re looking for a realty company that will give you a “stress-free” selling experience and a company that will get the job done, do yourself a favor and choose Jay Day and The Day Home Team… You will not regret it!
